Biography
Attorney Carlos A. Ivanor has been a licensed attorney in Florida since 2005. He was a former Prosecutor at the Attorney General's Office working in the Criminal Appeals Division. He has argued numerous cases before the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Daytona Beach, Florida. Along with being a former Prosecutor, he was also employed for five years as an Assistant Public Defender in Orange County, Florida. During his legal career, he has been able to resolve thousands of cases via plea negotiations and litigation at trial. While an Assistant Public Defender he worked in the Misdemeanor Division and then the Felony Division handling all types of Criminal cases. Carlos has an excellent trial record and has never had a client lose a case at Trial. He has handled over 50 cases at the trial level. Most Attorneys do not have the experience that Carlos can bring to the table, he knows the entire appellate process and is a proven litigator who will fight for you in Trial.
